Baggage Allowance

  •  Seaplane – 25 LBS (11 KG) per person, including all personal items. No single item may exceed 50 linear inches (127 cm). This equates to a standard carry-on on a major airline.
  • Land plane – 50 LBS (23 KG) per person, including all personal items. No single item may exceed 62 linear inches (157 cm). This equates to a standard checked size suitcase on a major airline.
  • While we will do our best to accommodate, any baggage over stated limits is not guaranteed to travel. Call our customer service team about excess and oversized baggage options.

Domestic Flights

  • Check-in is 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure, 20 minutes for unstaffed dock locations.
  • Flight closure is 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Missing a flight results in full forfeiture of the fare.
  • Valid ID is required for all passengers 18 and older.
  • Due to FAA regulation, children need their own seat at the age of two. Birth certificates may be requested for children under two.

International Flights

  • A valid passport book is the only accepted form of documentation for all passengers, including lap Due to FAA regulations, children need their own seat at the age of two.
  • Check-in is 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure, due to international requirements.
  • Flight closure is 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure, due to international requirements. Missing a flight results in full forfeiture of the fare.

Restricted Articles

  • Federal law prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. Violations are subject to fines and/or imprisonment. (49 U.S.C. 5124)
  • Prohibited articles include but are not limited to explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials.
  • Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ reserves the right to search all belongings at our discretion.

Mobility Disclosures

  • Due to the nature of seaplane operations, boarding and deplaning includes stepping in and out on floating surfaces and docks, and require balance.
  • Passengers should be able to board, exit and move within aircraft independently, or with assistance of a companion. We reserve the right to refuse travel if a passenger’s physical condition renders them unable to comply with safety instructions without assistance.
  • Our team can offer guidance during boarding, however staff are limited in their ability to provide physical support.
  • Aircraft cabins have limited space, and we are exempt from requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Some mobility devices may not be able to be accommodated on board.
  • Passengers with mobility considerations are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team to discuss certain needs and our ability to assist.

Changes & Cancellation

  • Standard Fare
    • Cancellations prior to 24 hours to departure are eligible for future travel credit.
    • May not be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of departure.
    • Difference in fares may apply with modifications
  • Refundable Fare
    • Cancellations prior to 24 hours to departure are eligible for future travel credit.
    • May not be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of departure.
    • Difference in fares may apply with modifications
  • Packages
    • May not be changed or cancelled within 72 hours prior to flight departure
    • Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the fare.

Traveling With Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ

  • Safety, comfort and well-being of all passengers and staff is our top priority. By choosing to fly with us, passengers agree to conduct themselves in a manner that supports a safe and respectful environment for everyone on board, and at our facilities.
  • We reserve the right to deny boarding or remove passengers whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, non-compliant, or who appear intoxicated or under the influence of any kind.
  • Occasionally, we may have to make operational adjustments due to weather, regulatory requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. These can affect original flight times, routing, or stopover points. We make every effort to advise passengers in advance, but conditions can shift quickly.

Traveling With Pets

  •  Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ permits a limited number of household pets to travel on select flights, subject to availability, aircraft limitations, and operational considerations. We maintain a limit of one pet per flight, but may offer exceptions for same household.
  • Pets must be reserved in advance. Regardless of size and weight, fees may apply. Arriving
    without advanced booking may result in unanticipated fees or denial of boarding.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring their pet meets all applicable health, documentation, and .
  • For safety and comfort of all passengers, acceptance and placement of pets is at the sole discretion of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and its flight crew. We reserve the right to limit the number of animals on any flight, refuse transport of any pet that may pose a safety, health, or comfort concern, or require appropriate containment.
  • Passengers traveling with pets are responsible for loading and unloading their animal, and remain fully responsible for the behavior and control of their animal at all times. Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the passenger traveling with the animal. We assume no responsibility for the health, wellbeing, or loss of any animal during transport.
  • Pets must be properly contained in an airline-approved carrier or otherwise secured as directed by Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ personnel. Weight and size restrictions may apply depending on the aircraft type. Small dogs are considered lap infants and must be in your control at all times.
  • Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ does not offer unaccompanied pet transport services.
